The Strategic Council for Attractiveness (CSA) was established in 2011 by the Prince’s Government. Its mission is to propose tools for analysis and future planning in order to contribute to discussions on the Principality’s economic development, increasing State revenues, controlling public expenditure and strategic directions.
To this end, this body consults with Commissions (“Finance,” “Real Estate,” “Destination Monaco,” “Quality of Life,” etc.), organises ad hoc committees, calls upon experts from the private and public sectors and meets periodically in plenary sessions. Its proposals have led, for example, to the creation of the “Infochantiers” (information on construction sites) and the Monaco Princess Grace Check-Up Unit.
