Since February 2019, One Monte-Carlo, which features high-end residential property, shopping, gastronomy and culture, has been offering an all-round luxury experience in a verdant setting. It is entirely pedestrianised and is situated between the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo and the Place du Casino.

This ultra-modern district is the result of collaboration between the architect and urban planner Sir Richard Rogers, who designed the Pompidou Centre in Paris, and Monegasque architect Alexandre Giraldi, the designer of the Tour Odéon in Monaco.

Within this complex, the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer is offering residences for long-term rental. There are 37 residences, ranging from two-roomed apartments to six-roomed penthouses on three levels with roof terraces, private swimming pools and outstanding views over the Place du Casino, the gardens, the sea, Port Hercule and the Prince’s Palace. Prestigious amenities and services are provided – stunning parquet floors, marble bathrooms, inlaid wooden doors, a concierge, valet parking, room service, laundry, etc.

The interior design is by Bruno Moinard and Claire Bétaille, from the 4BI & Associates Agency.

In addition to these prestigious dwellings, there are nine floors of offices – approximately 1,445 m2 devoted to business tourism and events organisation, as well as 20 or so restaurants (including Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin’s Mada One and the patisserie shop of chef Philippe Joannes, Best Artisan in France), as well as luxury boutiques (Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Lanvin, Prada, Boucheron, Balenciaga, Bulgari, Fendi, Sonia Rykiel, etc.).

Note that One Monte-Carlo is part of a global approach to sustainable development; it complies with thermal regulation RT2012, has been awarded European BREEAM certification and is equipped with photovoltaic panels.
