While the second wave of Coronavirus has forced most cultural institutions around the world to close their doors, Monaco wished to support culture. In particular, the Principality has announced a campaign of special rates for shows and free admission to museums for its residents.
Although the health crisis has led the Principality of Monaco to introduce strict health measures – a curfew from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. and the mandatory wearing of masks, in particular – it has not compromised the aim of the Prince’s Government to “maintain access to culture for the resident population in the Principality.”
